My first computer was the kind that didn't have a hard drive or a floppy drive. I typed all day to create a file that made a stick figure jump onto a platform to toss another stick figure up into the air only to land on it's head... and to save that file I had to export it to a cassette tape recorder. Ever since then, I have made computers more than a hobby - a passion.

Nowadays, most people have computer or technology issues. Many of my clients are from an earlier generation that find computers hard to learn, frustrating to manage, and impossible to master. I help them with simplified training, upgrades, software installations, hardware installations, home networks, file and printer sharing, free anti-virus and anti-spyware and spam filtering and even remote training and servicing. I also help them with their electronic gadgets to include their tablets or fancy phones.
